Terms of Service
Last updated: November 2026
1. About These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of thecreator5.com and the CREATOR5 membership and Prompt to Profit workshop offerings operated by Eleanor Pepper and Abby Inc. [VERIFY EXACT REGISTERED NAME] ("we," "us," or "our"), which does business as Freelance Big Sis and operates the CREATOR5 brand. By purchasing a membership or workshop, or by using the website, you agree to these Terms.
2. Individual Workshop Purchases
Individual Prompt to Profit workshops are sold as one-time purchases of $27 per selected workshop. An individual workshop purchase does not enroll you in CREATOR5 membership and does not create a recurring subscription. Individual workshop purchases include 30 days of replay access following the selected workshop. All individual workshop sales are final and nonrefundable except where required by applicable law.
3. CREATOR5 Membership
CREATOR5 membership is a recurring subscription billed at $147/month. With the promotional code AI, your first month is $73.50; your membership then renews at the standard $147/month rate unless canceled under the applicable membership terms. Membership includes access to the Prompt to Profit live sessions, available replays in the Discord video library while membership is active, the CREATOR5 creator community, and other member resources described on the website.
Membership benefits continue only while your subscription is active. Access to live sessions, replays, and community spaces ends when your membership is canceled or lapses.
4. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity under your account.
5. Digital Content Access
Live sessions, replays, and community resources are delivered primarily through CREATOR5 Discord and, for individual workshop purchasers, through Luma. You are responsible for ensuring your contact information is accurate so that access instructions reach you.
6. Community Rules and Acceptable Use
CREATOR5 is a creator-to-creator, peer-led community. Members agree to:
- Treat other members with respect and courtesy.
- Not harass, discriminate against, or threaten anyone.
- Not share, record, or redistribute session content or replays outside CREATOR5 without permission.
- Not use the community to spam, solicit improperly, or promote unrelated offers.
- Not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the website or community platforms.
We may remove content or suspend access for violations. CREATOR5 does not guarantee that every question receives professional coaching or one-on-one expert support.
7. Intellectual Property
Workshop materials, recordings, graphics, and other content are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Your membership or purchase grants a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access the content for your own learning. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, or publicly display the content without written permission.
8. Workshop Recordings
Sessions may be recorded. By attending live, you consent to being recorded. Recordings may be used for replays, training, and promotional purposes. Do not share screenshots or recordings of other members without their consent.
9. Third-Party Platforms
CREATOR5 uses third-party platforms including Discord and Luma. Their terms, policies, and availability are separate from ours, and we are not responsible for their conduct or outages. Individual workshop registration and payment are processed through Luma; the CREATOR5 checkout does not control Luma's payment processing.
10. Educational Nature of Services
All workshops and materials are educational. They explore approaches that may help with creator-business tasks. They do not guarantee clients, contracts, brand collaborations, income, or any specific result. See our Earnings & Results Disclaimer for details.
11. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the services. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
12. Dispute Resolution and Consumer Rights
These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida [VERIFY], without regard to conflict-of-law principles, subject to any non-waivable consumer protection rights that apply to you. Disputes will first be addressed informatively; unresolved disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of Florida [VERIFY] as required by law. Nothing here limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
